摘要
行动学习法,就是透过行动实践学习。在一个较为专业的环境下,学生以学习为目的,利用自己的专业知识去解决实际工作中所出现的问题,在处理这些问题的过程中提高自身的能力。该文针对行动学习法应用于临床教学过程中实际存在的问题进行分析,探讨出相应的解决办法,提高学生的学习能力。
Action learning method is learning through action practice.In a more professional environment,students use learning for the purpose of learning,use their professional knowledge to solve problems in practical work,and improve their abilities in the process of handling these problems.This article analyzes the problems existing in the application of action learning method in clinical teaching,and explores corresponding solutions to improve students'learning ability.
