摘要 目的 :探讨行动学习法在儿科护士规范化培训中的应用价值。方法 :将2013年1月至2014年6月期间在徐州市儿童医院护理部进行规范化培训的40名护士作为本次研究的对象。随机将这40名护士分为甲组和乙组,每组各有20名护士。对甲组护士采用传统授课的方式进行培训,对乙组护士采用行动学习法进行培训,然后比较两组护士的考核成绩和综合能力评分。结果 :乙组护士的理论考核成绩和技能考核成绩均高于甲组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组护士主动学习能力的评分、动手能力的评分、沟通能力的评分以及发现问题和解决问题能力的评分均高于甲组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :将行动学习法应用到儿科护士的规范化培训中,不仅能提高其对护理理论知识和护理技能的掌握度,同时还能培养其自主学习的能力、动手能力、沟通能力以及发现问题和解决问题的能力。 Objective To explore the application value of Action Learning in standardized training on the pediatric nurse. Methods Select 40 nurses accepted standardized training in Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2013 to June 2016 for research object. Randomly divided 40 nurses into group A and group B,20 nurses each group. Teach group A with traditional method, teach group B with Action Learning method,compare examination achievement and comprehensive abilities of 2 groups. Results Theory achievement and skill achievement of group B are significant higher than group A(P〈0.05). Active study ability score, practical ability score, communication score, score of ability of find and solve problems are higher than group A(P〈0.05) Conclusion Apply Action Learning in standardized training on the pediatric nurse not only can improve theory achievement and skill achievement but also improve active study ability, practical ability, communication ability and score of ability of find and solve problems.
