摘要
职业体能是职业能力的基础,是中职校体育课的逻辑起点。从课程设置、社会发展、学生成长、终身体育和应对突发状况等五方面分析了职业体能训练的原因,提出中职校体育课教学需要优先发展中职生职业体能,构建优先发展职业体能体育课教学模式,依据专业—岗位—体能对应关系,合理利用学校体育资源,设置多样化的体育项目等,促进中职生职业体能的生长。
Professional physical fitness is the foundation of professional ability and the logical starting point of physical education in secondary vocational schools.The reasons for vocational physical training are analyzed from five aspects:curriculum setting,social development,student growth,lifelong physical education,and response to unexpected situations.The teaching mode of the course is based on the profession-postphysical fitness correspondence,rational use of the sports resources,and the establishment of diversified sports programs,to promotethe growth of secondary vocationalstudents’professional physical fitness.
