摘要
目的探讨磁共振(MR)弥散加权成像(DWI)瘤体实质表观扩散系数(ADC)值与指数表观扩散系数(EDC)值在软组织肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法该研究回顾性分析2018年8月—2019年8月该院收治的198例软组织肿瘤患者的临床资料,该组患者均接受MR-DWI检查,对比198例患者中恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤在b值为300 s/mm^2时的EDC与ADC值,以及相对EDC与ADC值。结果b值为300 s/mm^2时,该组恶性肿瘤患者的ADC值(0.85±0.56)×10^-3mm^2/s低于良性肿瘤(1.45±0.85)×10^-3mm^2/s(t=5.044,P<0.01)。相对ADC值(0.95±0.48)×10^-3mm^2/s低于良性肿瘤(1.55±0.74)×10^-3mm^2/s(t=5.806,P<0.01)。结论MR-DWI成像下ADC值在软组织肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有显著的应用价值,当b值为300s/mm^2时,恶性软组织肿瘤的ADC明显降低。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance(MR)diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)tumor parenchymal apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value and exponential apparent diffusion coefficient(EDC)value in soft tissue tumors.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in the clinical data of 198 patients with soft tissue tumors of who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.All patients in this group underwent MR-DWI examination,comparing the EDC and ADC values of malignant tumors and benign tumors at a b value of 300 s/mm^2,and the relative EDC and ADC values.Results When the b value was 300 s/mm^2,the ADC value of this group of malignant tumor patients(0.85±0.56)×10^-3mm^2/s was lower than that of benign tumors(1.45±0.85)×10^-3mm^2/s(t=5.044,P<0.01).The relative ADC value(0.95±0.48)×10^-3mm^2/s was lower than that of benign tumors(1.55±0.74)×10^-3mm^2/s(t=5.806,P<0.01).Conclusion The MR-DWI imaging ADC value has a significant application value in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue tumors.When the b value was 300 s/mm^2,the ADC of malignant soft tissue tumors is significantly reduced.
