摘要 目的综合分析MRI(磁共振)弥散加权成像在肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2016-2-2017-2收治的63例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受MRI(磁共振)弥散加权成像诊断方法。采用统计学分析63例肿瘤患者的磁共振病灶部位评价结果(阴性、阳性)以及诊断价值(敏感度、特异性)。结果 63例肿瘤患者中一共检测出300个部位,101个瘤灶部位(占33.67%),2个假阳性(占6.67%);197个未检出瘤灶部位(占65.67%),3个假阴性(占10.00%),194个真阴性(占64.67%),数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);63例肿瘤患者的病灶边界较为清晰(以类圆形或者小规则分叶状肿块影为主要表现形式,其中T1W1主要为低信号,T2W1呈现不均匀的高信号,肿块呈现较高信号);灵敏度为97.06%(99/102)、特异度为98.98%(194/196),数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI(磁共振)弥散加权成像在肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值比较高。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of MRI(magnetic resonance)diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of tumor imaging.METHODS Sixty-three tumor patients admitted to our hospital(February-February 2017)were selected as the subjects.All patients received MRI(magnetic resonance)diffusion-weighted imaging diagnosis.The RESULTS of magnetic resonance lesions(negative,positive)and diagnostic value(sensitivity,specificity)were analyzed by statistical analysis in 63 patients.RESULTS A total of 300 sites,101 tumor foci(33.67%)were detected in 63 tumor patients.Positive(6.67%);197 were not detected in the tumor site(65.67%),3 false negative(10%),194 true negative(64.67%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);63 cases of tumor patients lesions,clear(with round or lobulated small.Mass is the main form of T1 W1,which is mainly low signal and high signal,uneven mass showed high signal T2 W1);sensitivity was 97.06%(99/102),the specificity was 98.98%(194/196)There was no significant difference in the data(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS The application value of diffusion-weighted Mr imaging in the diagnosis of tumor is higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).
