摘要
“大众创业、万众创新”的参与主体日益广泛,积极的社会氛围与政策环境对创新创业的支持作用愈发明显。把握时代需求,制定差异化、精准化的双创人才政策对创新创业具有重要现实意义。以成都市为研究对象,选取2015-2020年已出台创新创业人才政策条文为样本,通过文本量化分析方法,探索成都市创新创业人才政策的现状及问题,提出相关对策建议。
At present,the participants of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"are more extensive,and the positive social atmosphere and policy environment play an increasingly obvious role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.It is of great significance for local governments to grasp the characteristics of the times and formulate differentiated and precise policies for talents.Taking Chengdu as the research object,this paper selected the current policy provisions of talents from 2015 to 2020 as samples,and explored the current situation and problems of talents policy in Chengdu through the method of textual quantitative analysis,in order to put forward more general and reference suggestions.
