摘要
目的探讨对急性脑梗死患者予以氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗的效果。方法纳入56例来该院就诊的急性脑梗死患者,纳入时间为2018年3月—2019年9月,依照掷骰子方法分组,各28例。对参照组采取阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,对实验组采取氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。研究2组急性脑梗死患者患者的临床疗效、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、ADP途径血小板抑制率以及AA途径诱导血小板抑制率。结果治疗后与参照组相比较,实验组急性脑梗死患者的NIHSS评分较低、Barthel指数较高、ADP途径血小板抑制率以及AA途径诱导血小板抑制率均较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效为96.43%(27/28)和参照组急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效为71.43%(20/28),经比较实验组较优,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.487,P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者予以氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,对血小板活化、聚集具有抑制作用,改善梗死部位血液循环情况,使神经功能缺损程度予以减轻。
Objective To explore the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction who came to the hospital were enrolled,and the enrollment period was from March 2018 to September 2019.They were grouped according to the dice method,28 cases each.The reference group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin-coated tablets.To study the clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,Barthel index,ADP pathway platelet inhibition rate and AA pathway induced platelet inhibition rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction in two groups.Results Compared with the reference group after treatment,patients with acute cerebral infarction in the experimental group had lower NIHSS scores,higher Barthel index,higher ADP pathway platelet inhibition rate and AA pathway induced platelet inhibition rate.The differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the experimental group was 96.43%(27/28)and the clinical efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the reference group was 71.43%(20/28).After comparison,the experimental group was better,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=6.487,P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in patients with acute cerebral infarction can inhibit platelet activation and aggregation,improve blood circulation at the infarct site,and reduce the degree of neurological deficits.
