摘要
目的:了解并探讨新护士在肿瘤重症ICU轮转时的心理动态及真实感受,为临床更好的带教新护士工作提供理论依据,进而帮助新护士在临床工作中快速成长。方法:运用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对12名首次在肿瘤重症ICU轮转的新护士的真实体验进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果:通过资料整理分析得出4个主题,新护士首次在ICU轮转期间对工作环境和仪器设备会产生陌生感,同时内心也会有迷茫和恐惧感;与科室同事及患者和家属缺乏有效沟通;愧疚感与成就感同时存在。结论:了解新护士首次在ICU轮转期间真实的内心感受和需求,给予有针对性的临床带教,有助于新护士更快地适应ICU轮转工作,进一步提高临床护理教学效果。
Objective:To explore and analyze the psychological states and real experience of new employed nurses in ICU,so as to provides a theoretical basis for better clinical teaching.Methods:Phenomenological research method was used in this study.12 new employed nurses were given interview with semi-structured interview method,and the Colaizzi analysis method was used to collate and analyze the data.Results:4 themes were concluded through data analysis,which were unfamiliar environment and equipment,confused and fear,lack of effective communication skill,different experience of guilt and achievement.Conclusion:Understanding the real feelings and needs of new employed nurses during their first rotation in ICU and giving targeted clinical teaching can help them adapt to post-rotation more quickly and further improve the clinical nursing teaching effect.
