摘要
目的观察金黄膏外敷治疗老年慢性病并发静脉炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年11月-2019年3月广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的老年慢性病并发静脉炎患者80例,根据患者治疗方法不同分为观察组39例和对照组41例。观察组使用金黄膏外敷,对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷。比较2组静脉炎治疗效果、穿刺点疼痛程度及静脉炎分级。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗效果、穿刺点疼痛和静脉炎分级程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金黄膏外敷治疗老年慢性病并发静脉炎疗效显著,且使用方便,价格低廉,无不良反应,患者易接受。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of golden ointment external application in treatment of elderly chronic disease complicated with phlebitis.Methods Chose 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic phlebitis complicated with phlebitis admitted from November 2017 to March 2019 in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University,according to the different treatment methods of patients,they were divided into observation group 39 cases and control group41 cases.The observation group was applied externally with golden ointment,and the control group was applied with 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress.The treatment effect of phlebitis,the degree of pain at the puncture point and the grade of phlebitis were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment effect,the pain at the puncture point and the degree of phlebitis of the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of golden ointment for the treatment of elderly chronic diseases complicated with phlebitis is remarkable,and it is convenient to use,low in price,and has no adverse reactions.It is easy for patients to accept.
