摘要
机构基于压力换向的高位垃圾车,摒弃了传统的"全程压力维持"信号捕捉方法,运用了"前压力屏蔽"与"后压力上升率"相结合的信号捕捉方法,实现了压力换向的循环作业功能。新技术避免了压力冲击带来的信号影响,减少了液压系统的高压溢流时间,从而降低了液压系统的油温,同时提高了高位垃圾车的作业效率。在合适油温下运行的液压系统,其作业效率、可靠性、使用寿命均得到了显著提高,为高位垃圾车的设计提供了一种技术借鉴。
The mechanism is based on the pressure reversing high level garbage truck,abandoning the traditional "full pressure maintenance" signal capture method,and using the signal capture method that combines "front pressure shielding" and "post pressure rise rate" to achieve pressure reversing cycle operation function.The new technology avoids the signal impact caused by pressure shocks,reduces the high pressure overflow time of the hydraulic system,thus reduces the oil temperature of the hydraulic system,and improves the operating efficiency of the high level garbage truck.The efficiency,reliability and service life of the hydraulic system operating at a suitable oil temperature have been significantly improved,providing a technical reference for the design of high level garbage trucks.
