新型垃圾车结构性能优化设计

摘要 针对某公司压缩式垃圾车结构和性能参数存在的问题,制定了相应的优化改进方案:从外围框架结构箱体、新型填料器、压缩机构总成、推板总成、智能电控系统、压填循环动作双泵合流、滑板上行压力腔背双向压缩、模块化多路阀及管路等方面对压缩垃圾车进行了全面优化和改进。对压缩垃圾车进行全面优化和改进设计,提高了产品质量,完善了压缩垃圾车产品谱系,供用户更多选择。通过实际工况的理论验证得出,优化设计有效提高了垃圾车的性能,并为其他产品谱系的优化设计提供了很好的借鉴。 Aiming at the problems existing in the structure and performance parameters of a company's compressed garbage truck,the corresponding optimization and improvement scheme is formulated.In this paper,from the external frame structure box,new type of filler,compression mechanism assembly,push plate assembly,intelligent electronic control system,filling cycle action double pump confluence,slide upward pressure chamber back two-way compression,modular multiway valve and pipeline aspects of the compression truck were comprehensively optimized and improved.The comprehensive optimization and improvement of the compressed garbage truck design,improve the product quality,perfect the compressed garbage truck product pedigree,for users to choose more.Through the theoretical verification of actual working conditions,the optimization design effectively improves the performance of garbage truck,and provides a good reference for the optimization design of other product pedigree.
