摘要
农村人居环境的好坏直接影响着当地居民的生活质量。发展社会主义新农村建设要求我们把促进农村人居环境的发展作为重要的举措。从农村基础设施建设和产业发展的角度出发,分析长沙市光明村人居环境的实际发展情况,从地理位置、土地利用、资源整合、发展定位、经营特色等五个方面总结光明村人居环境的发展模式,构建概念模型,得出光明村的发展模式关键在于以"创建观光旅游型农村"为导向,以"政府支持、政策辅助、产业支撑、村民参与"为核心,以产业发展为载体。
The quality of living environment in rural areas directly affects the quality of life of local residents.The development of socialist new rural construction requires us to promote the development of rural human settlements as an important measure.From the point of view of rural infrastructure construction and industrial development,this paper analyzes the actual development of the living environment of Guangming Village in Changsha City,summarizes the development of living environment of Guangming Village from five aspects:geographical location,land use,resource integration,development orientation and management characteristics,and constructs a conceptual model.
