摘要
马克思主义城乡关系理论揭示了城乡关系发展演变的客观规律,具有真理维度与价值维度相统一的理论品格。马克思主义城乡关系理论强调城乡融合发展既是协调城乡关系的目标与方向,也是一个不断发展完善的实践过程;不但需要生产力发展所奠定的物质基础,还需要生产关系变革所奠定的社会基础。中国特色社会主义新时代提出的城乡融合发展,既根植于中国城乡失衡特征转型与全球化曲折发展的时代背景,也取决于中国城乡经济社会多维变迁所积累的物质条件,更具有现实的社会主义制度基础。积极推动城乡融合发展有助于将中国制度优势及时有效转化为治理效能。
Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship reveals the objective law of the development and evolution of urban-rural relationship,which has the theoretical character of the unity of truth dimension and value dimension.Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship emphasizes that the integration of urban and rural development is not only the goal and direction of coordinating urban-rural relationship,but also a practical process of constantly criticizing,negating and transcending the existing situation;it needs not only the material foundation laid by the development of productive forces,but also the social foundation laid by the transformation of productive relations.The development of urban-rural integration proposed in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only rooted in the background of China s urban-rural imbalance characteristic transformation and the tortuous development of globalization,but also depends on the material conditions accumulated by the multi-dimensional changes of China s urban and rural economy and society,which is more based on the realization of the socialist system.Actively promoting the integration of urban and rural development is conducive to the timely and effective transformation of China s institutional advantages into governance effectiveness.
