摘要
技能型社会建设是中国职业教育的核心价值与使命,更是全面提升国家经济实力与综合国力的必然要求。鉴于此,构建企业、职业院校、政府、社会“四联动”框架,以实现全员协同育人;构造城乡职业教育、产教、课证“三融合”育人理路,以实现全方位育人;搭建专业发展与职业发展、教学过程与生产过程、课程标准与技能标准、职业教育与终身学习、城市资源与乡村资源“五对接”育人网络,以实现全过程育人。最终构建形成高职院校“四联动·三融合·五对接”育人体系,以此深化高职院校职业教育育人功效,为职业教育赋能技能型社会提供坚实的人才支撑。
The construction of a skill-oriented society is the core value and mission of China’s vocational education,and it is also the inevitable requirement of comprehensively improving China’s economic strength and comprehensive national strength.In view of this,it is necessary to construct the“four linkages”framework of enterprises,vocational colleges,government and society to realize the all-staffed education;construct the“three integrations”of urban and rural vocational education,industry and education,and curriculum certification to realize all-round education;build the“five dockings”education network of professional development and career development,teaching process and production process,curriculum standards and skill standards,vocational education and lifelong learning,urban resources and rural resources,and realize the whole process of education.Finally,the“four linkages,three integrations and five dockings”education system in higher vocational colleges has been established,which can deepen the effectiveness of vocational education in higher vocational colleges and provide a solid talent framework support for the enabling skill-oriented society of vocational education.
