摘要
农产品主产区是我国粮食安全的压舱石,是乡村振兴的主阵地。然而,农产品主产区还存在乡村人口外流、村庄建设用地难以腾退等问题。开展农产品主产区乡村建设用地集约利用研究,有助于优化乡村空间资源配置,促进乡村振兴。本文以江苏省灌云县为例,采用"分类、分区、分层、分时、分期"的思路,构建乡村建设用地集约利用思路,以期为其他城镇农产品主产区的发展提供借鉴。
The main producing areas of agricultural products is the ballast stone of China’s food security and the main position of rural revitalization.However,there are still some problems in the main producing areas of agricultural products,such as the outflow of rural population and the difficulty of withdrawal of rural construction land.The research on the intensive utilization of rural construction land in the main producing areas of agricultural products is helpful to optimize the allocation of rural spatial resources and promote rural revitalization.Taking Guanyun county of Jiangsu province as an example,the idea of“classification,zoning,stratification,time-sharing,and staging”is adopted to construct the idea of intensive utilization of rural construction land in this paper,so as to provide reference for the development of other main producing areas of agriculture in cities and towns.
