摘要
在轨道交通工程建设过程中,当盾构区间下穿或近接侧穿桥梁时,会引起地层变形,从而对桥梁桩基及上部结构产生影响。结合合肥轨道交通5号线祁门路站-桐城南路站区间侧穿南二环-徽州大道立交桥工程,介绍和分析了盾构区间侧穿施工对桥梁桩基及上部结构的影响,根据周边环境及施工条件,提出了适合盾构施工参数及控制指标、桥梁基础差异沉降控制指标和穿越施工时的针对性保护措施。经实际施工,确保了盾构机侧穿时立交桥的安全。
In the construction of rail transit project, stratum deformation will happen when a shield interval tunnel runs by a bridge closely. This will affect the pile foundation and upper structure of the bridge. The interval tunnel from the Qimen Road station to the Tongcheng South Road Station of Hefei Rail Transit Line 5 runs by the overpass closely at the crossing of south second ring road and Huizhou Avenue. The influence on the pile foundation and upper structure of the bridge from the shield tunneling is analyzed. According to the surrounding environment and construction conditions, the reasonable shield construction parameters, control indexes for shield tunneling and differential settlement of bridge foundation, and the protective measures for shield tunneling by the bridge are proposed to ensure the safety of the overpass.
