地铁盾构施工对邻近建(构)筑物桩基的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以广州地铁18号线盾构隧道下穿办公楼及商业裙楼桩基群为工程背景,针对盾构隧道掘进穿越过程对桩基的变形影响进行了研究。通过获取现场实时监测数据,重点研究了盾构隧道与桩基距离对桩基变形的影响,并结合三维数值模拟开展了深入分析。研究结果表明:隧道开挖会使桩基在水平方向上发生侧移以及倾斜,桩基的整体位移会向着靠近隧道侧以及隧道掘进的反方向发展,桩基的倾斜随盾构施工的进行不断增加;隧道穿越桩基群施工时,先建隧道对后建隧道产生的土体变形的传递起到阻隔作用。 Taking the shield tunnel of Guangzhou metro line 18 crossing beneath the pile foundation group of office building and commercial podium building as the engineering background,the influence of shield tunneling on the deformation of pile foundation was studied.By obtaining the field real-time monitoring data,the influence of the distance between shield tunnel and pile foundation on pile foundation deformation was studied,and an in-depth analysis was carried out combined with three-dimensional numerical simulation.The results show that the tunnel excavation will cause lateral movement and inclination of the pile foundation in the horizontal direction,the overall displacement of the pile foundation will develop towards the side close to the tunnel and the opposite direction of tunnel excavation,and the inclination of the pile foundation will increase with the progress of shield construction.When the tunnel crosses through the pile foundation group,the earlier constructed tunnel blocks the transmission of soil deformation caused by the later constructed tunnel.
