新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下甲状腺外科患者的防护建议 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情下甲状腺外科医护人员进行诊疗活动时有效预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的措施。方法根据我院甲状腺外科自2020年1月25日至3月10日间收入院的32位患者的门诊接诊、住院、手术及康复管理中新冠肺炎防护措施以及原定于在该时间段内返院复查及进一步治疗的273例患者随访措施进行分析总结。结果32例住院患者直至所有患者康复出院,未发生1例院内交叉感染、误诊情况,273例电话随访患者情况均较为稳定。结论根据甲状腺外科专科特点,科学制定患者从门诊到出院及随访全过程新冠肺炎防护措施,能在避免延误患者治疗的同时,有效避免院内交叉感染,在最大限度保护患者及医护工作者的基础上,避免医疗资源的过度使用,为新冠肺炎疫情期间甲状腺外科"低能耗"的精确防护措施提供了理论参考。 Objective To discuss effective measures to prevent COVID-19 in thyroid surgery patients in the pandemic situation of 2019-nCoV.Methods Analysis and summary the COVID-19 prevention measures in outpatient treatment,hospitalization and operation management of 32 patients admitted to the Hospital from January 25 to March 10,2020,as well as the follow-up measures of 273 patients who were originally scheduled to return to the hospital for reexamination and further treatment in this period of time.Results There was no case of cross infection and misdiagnosis in 32 inpatients until all patients recovered from hospital.273 patients telephone followed up were stable.Conclusion According to the specialty of thyroid surgery,scientific development of COVID-19 protection measures in the whole process from outpatient service to discharge and follow-up measures based on the actual situation of patients can effectively avoid cross infection in the hospital while avoiding the delay of patients’treatment,on the basis of maximum protection of patients and medical workers,avoiding excessive use of medical resources provides theoretical reference for precise protection measures of"low energy consumption"in thyroid surgery during COVID-19.
