摘要
目的分析甲状腺癌患者围术期实施快速康复外科护理的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年1月~2019年3月本院接收的甲状腺癌患者100例分为两组,对照组50例采取常规护理,观察组50例采取快速康复外科护理。计算两组患者的并发症发生率,比较干预前后的心理评估结果,比较两组的切口VAS评分、术后早期下床活动时间和住院时间、护理满意度。结果观察组甲状腺癌患者的并发症发生率及切口VAS评分均低于对照组,干预后的HA评分、HD评分均低于对照组,术后早期下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌患者围术期采用快速康复外科护理可改善心理状况,有效缩短患者术后早期下床活动和住院时间,提升临床治疗效果,提高护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值,有助于患者早日康复出院。
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period.Methods 100 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The 50 patients in control group were given conventional nursing care,and the 50 patients in observation group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing care.The incidence of complications was calculated in the two groups.The psychological evaluation results before and after intervention were compared,and incision VAS score,time to early out-of-bed activity after surgery,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were also compared.Results The complication rate and incision VAS score of patients with thyroid cancer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the HA score and HD score after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the time to early out-of-bed activity after surgery and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period can improve the psychological state,effectively shorten time to early out-of-bed activity after surgery and hospitalization time,enhance clinical therapeutic effect,improve nursing satisfaction,have high clinical application value,and help patients recover sooner and be discharged.
