摘要
基于CAXA数控车2013,以沟槽加工为例,探讨传统数控车沟槽时粗精加工的刀路优化,解决切削过程中切削力、排屑和尺寸精度等方面存在的问题。
Based on CAXA CNC lathe 2013,taking groove machining as an example,the tool path optimization process of rough and fine machining of traditional CNC lathe grooves were specifically discussed,thereby solving the problems related to grooving cutters'cutting force,chip discharge and dimensional accuracy in the cutting process.
