摘要
基于FANUC数控车系统,以圆弧牙型螺纹编程加工为例,探讨如何修改mastercam编程软件后处理并使用R1圆弧车刀加工圆弧牙型螺纹,从而可以用一把圆弧车刀加工出不同尺寸的圆弧牙型螺纹。
Based on the FANUC CNC lathe system,taking arc tooth-shaped thread programming and processing as an example,this article discusses how to modify the mastercam programming software post-processing and use the R1 arc turning tool to process arc tooth-shaped threads,making it possible to use an arc turning tool to process arc tooth-shaped threads of different sizes.
