摘要
为探寻出一套适合实木家具生产的数控雕刻加工规律,优化实木家具的数控雕刻加工质量,在不改变机器及刀具使用的前提下,通过采用正交试验法和单因素试验法,分析刀具路径间距、进给速度的倍率、木材树种及其含水率对雕刻质量的影响。试验结果表明:刀具路径间距与进给倍率越小,雕刻质量越好,其中路径间距的大小对雕刻质量起到至关重要的作用;含水率在生产许可范围内对雕刻质量无明显影响;木材树种的差异对雕刻质量的影响很大,在其余条件相同的情况下,密度和硬度越大,纹理越细致的木材雕刻质量越好。实木数控雕刻加工质量的优化研究对家具企业的生产具有一定的指导作用。
In order to improve the CNC carving quality of solid wood furniture, the processing craft of CNC carving was optimized, and a set of process rules suitable for CNC carving of solid wood furniture production were explored and ana- lyzed. The influence of cutting tool path spacing, feed speed ratio, timber species, and the moisture content of wood on the carving quality was analyzed through the orthogonal experiment method and the control variable method under the premise of not changing the cutting tools and the experiment machine. The results showed that the smaller the cutting tool path spacing and the ratio of the feed speed, the better the carving quality ; and the cutting tool path spacing is a crucial factor for carving quality; the moisture content of wood within the permission scope makes no difference to the carving quality; and the difference among the timber species has a great influence on the carving quality. With other experimental conditions being the same, the wood with higher density, higher hardness and more meticulous texture has a better carving quality.
