安徽省定远县幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫感染调查与分析 被引量:4

Investigation and analysis of enterobius vermicularis infection in the top classes of kindergarten children in Dingyuan County of Anhui province

摘要 目的了解安徽省定远县幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫感染状况,探讨儿童蛲虫感染因素。方法于2019年8—11月采用肛周透明胶带粘贴法抽查定远县幼儿园大班392位儿童,利用OLYMPUS-CX31光学显微镜观察采集的标本,结合自制问卷调查分析儿童蛲虫感染因素。结果定远县幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫卵检出率为3.06%;男孩和女孩蛲虫卵检出率分别为3.88%和2.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乡镇幼儿园和县城公立幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为4.82%和0.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幼儿园大班饭前有洗手习惯和饭前无洗手习惯儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为2.17%和7.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幼儿园大班留守儿童和非留守儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为8.89%和2.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长文化水平不低于高中和低于高中的幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为2.13%和7.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童蛲虫感染因素与性别无关,与居住地、卫生习惯、家长文化水平等有关。定远县幼儿园大班儿童蛲虫总体感染率处于较低水平,但是留守儿童蛲虫感染率较高,应加强关注。 Objective To understand the status of enterobius vermicularis infection in children in the top classes of kindergartens in Dingyuan County of Anhui province, and to explore the factors of enterobius vermicularis infection in children.Methods From August to November 2019, 392 children in the top classes of kindergartens in Dingyuan County were randomly selected as study subjects, and the samples were collected by using the method of pasting transparent tape around the anus. The collected samples were observed under OLYMPUS-CX31 optical microscopes, and the infection factors of E. vermicularis in children were analyzed through self-made questionnaires.Results The detection rate of E. vermicularis eggs in the top classes of kindergartens children in Dingyuan County was 3.06%. The detection rates of E. vermicularis eggs in boys and girls were 3.88% and 2.15%, respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The detection rates of E. vermicularis eggs in the top classes children of township kindergartens and county public kindergartens were 4.82% and 0.61%, respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The detection rates of E. vermicularis eggs in children with and without hand washing habits before meals were 2.17% and 7.14%, respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The detection rates of E. vermicularis eggs in left-behind children and non-left-behind children in kindergarten were 8.89% and 2.31%, respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The detection rate of E. vermicularis eggs in kindergarten children whose parents’ education level is not lower than high school and lower than high school were 2.13% and 7.94%, respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions E. vermicularis infection in children has no relationship with gender, but related to residence, health habits, and parental education.
