摘要
[目的/意义]分析移动网络环境下知识型员工的偶遇信息共享行为演化过程,帮助企业激发知识型员工创新思维,实现知识创造,为相关数字资源平台提供更优质服务起到一定的指导和借鉴。[方法/过程]采用质性研究方法,选取企业知识型员工作为调查样本,运用访谈法收集数据,通过扎根理论对其网络信息素养、偶遇信息共享意愿、偶遇信息共享环境以及偶遇信息共享内容等进行编码分析,提炼出移动网络环境下知识型员工偶遇信息共享的演化路径及其形成机制。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,移动网络环境下知识型员工偶遇信息共享行为以移动网络终端为媒介,包括偶遇信息转移—知识创造—偶遇信息共享演化路径,网络信息素养、偶遇信息共享意愿和偶遇信息共享环境作为共享驱动要素共同作用于知识型员工偶遇共享行为。
[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the evolutionary process of knowledge workers’encounter information sharing behavior in mobile network environment,helps companies stimulate the creative thinking of knowledge workers,realizes knowledge creation,and provides a certain guide and reference for digital resource platforms to provide better services.[Method/process]Adopting qualitative research methods,this paper selects corporate knowledge workers as survey samples and uses interview methods to collect data,coding analysis is carried out on their network information literacy,encounter information sharing willingness,encounter information sharing environment,and encounter information sharing content through grounded theory.In this paper,the evolution path and formation mechanism of knowledge workers encounter information sharing in mobile network environment are refined.[Result/conclusion]The paper finds that knowledge workers’encounter information sharing behavior in mobile network environment takes mobile network terminals as the medium,including the evolutionary path of encounter information transfer-knowledge creation-encounter information sharing.Network information literacy,encounter information sharing willingness and encounter information sharing environment act on knowledge workers’encounter information sharing behavior as sharing driving factors.
