摘要
随着知识经济的发展,知识服务在各领域中的研究越来越广泛。为了解知识服务的研究现状、热点及前沿,选取在CNKI数据库中检索出的2167篇有关知识服务研究文献为样本,采用文献计量方法,借助CiteSpaceⅤ软件分析了知识服务领域的时空分布特征、热点与前沿研究等。研究结果表明,知识服务的发展方兴未艾,尤其是在图书馆学、情报学等方面的研究最为广泛,但作者、机构间尚未形成显著的合作网络,图书馆是该领域最为热门的研究主题,并且受大数据、人工智能的影响,未来知识服务的研究将逐渐转向技术应用层面。
With the development of knowledge economy,the research of knowledge service is more and more extensive in various fields.In order to understand the current research status,hot spots and frontiers of knowledge service,this paper selects 2167 literatures related to knowledge service research retrieved from CNKI database as samples,and uses the method of bibliometrics to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics,hot spots and frontiers with the help of CiteSpaceⅤsoftware.The research results show that the development of knowledge service is in the ascendant,es⁃pecially in librarians and informatics scholars,but there is no significant cooperation network between authors and institu⁃tions.Library is the most popular research topic in this field,and influenced by big data and artificial intelligence,the re⁃search of knowledge service will gradually turn to the technology application level in the future.
