摘要
目的:评价自闭症儿童康复护理中应用图片交换沟通系统(PECS)的价值。方法:纳入本院2018年4月-2019年5月收治的60例自闭症儿童进行此次研究,以随机数字表法实施分组,分别是对照组30例(予常规康复护理)和研究组30例(以常规康复护理为基础联合应用PECS训练),比较两组心理教育量表(PEP-3)评分及患儿家属满意度。结果:两组患儿经康复护理后,行为模式评分及沟通能力评分均较护理前明显提升,并且研究组评分提升幅度较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患儿家属满意度的比较上,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对自闭症儿童开展康复护理期间融入PECS训练,可促使患儿语言、社交能力得到更为显著提升,更好地促进其智力发展,同时患儿家属也会对康复护理予以更高评价。
Objective:To evaluate the value of picture exchange communication system(PECs)in rehabilitation nursing of autistic children.Method:A total of 60 autistic children admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control group(30 cases were given routine rehabilitation nursing)and study group(30 cases were given PECS training on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing).The scores of PEP-3 and the satisfaction of their families were compared between the two groups.Result:After rehabilitation nursing,the scores of behavior mode and communication ability in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of PECS training in rehabilitation nursing for autistic children can improve their language and social ability,and promote their intelligence development.Meanwhile,their families will also give a higher evaluation of rehabilitation nursing.
