摘要
目的探讨临床心理护理在医教结合综合性干预孤独症儿童中的作用。方法在对22例孤独症儿童进行医教结合综合性干预的过程中,运用临床心理护理策略,干预时间6个月。干预前后,分别对患儿进行ABC量表、PEP量表、Gesell量表评定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果与干预前比较,干预后22例孤独症儿童ABC量表得分有明显下降,PEP量表、Gesell量表得分有明显提高。结论在综合性干预孤独症儿童时,临床心理护理能明显改善其干预效果。
Objeetive To investigate the effect of clinical mental nursing in comprehensive intervention,which combines treatment and education,to children with autism. Methods To use clinical mental nursing policy for 6 months during the comprehensive intervention,which combines treatment and education, to 22 children with autism. To assess Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), PEP and GESELL for each child before and after intervention. The statistical analysis was performed. Results Compared the scores after intervention with those before intervention, the ABC scores obviously were down while scores of PET measuring scale and GESELL measuring scale obviously were up. Conclusion Clinical mental nursing can obviously improve the effect of comprehensive intervehtion on children with autism.
