摘要
目的:探讨疏肝补肾汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者血清性激素及妊娠率的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年6月就诊于笔者所在医院的84例PCOS不孕症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。B组口服来曲唑片治疗,A组在此基础上加用疏肝补肾汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素、排卵率及妊娠率。结果:A组治疗总有效率、雌二醇(E2)均高于B组,睾酮(T)、促黄体激素(LH)均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组排卵率、妊娠率均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝补肾汤可有效改善PCOS不孕症患者性激素水平,提高排卵率、妊娠率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Bushen Decoction on serum sex hormones and pregnancy rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Method:A total of 84 patients with PCOS infertility who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Group B was treated with Letrozole Tablets,and group A was treated with Shugan Bushen Decoction.The clinical efficacy,sex hormones,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment,estradiol(E2)in group A were higher than those in group B,and testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in group A were higher than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Bushen Decoction can effectively improve the level of sex hormones,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in patients with PCOS infertility,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
