摘要
目的:探索国内中医药治疗不孕症的主要研究内容和近期研究热点。方法:以中国知网、维普、万方数据库建库以来收录的所有中医药治疗不孕症相关文献为数据来源,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献作者及研究机构共现分析,对关键词进行聚类分析及突现词检测分析,绘制相关可视化图谱。结果:共纳入9275篇相关文献,1983年后文献数量迅速增加;作者间连线密度为0.0019,形成了多个研究团队;研究机构间连线密度为0.0037,合作关系以中医药大学及附属医院为主;获得18个聚类,主要包括不孕症、中西医结合治疗、中医药疗法、养精种玉汤、多囊卵巢综合征、妊娠结局等;发现17个突现词,整理归纳为不孕症病因相关(未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征、肾虚、卵巢早衰、免疫性不孕、子宫内膜厚度、癥瘕等)、诊治及疗效相关(中药灌肠、中医药疗法、妊娠结局、温针灸等)。结论:中医药治疗不孕症研究历涉60余年,近年来发展迅速,研究内容集中在不孕症的中医药治疗,近期研究热点是不孕症病因及诊疗研究,但存在一些问题:研究力量较分散,跨机构与地区合作交流不足,优势未得到整合。
Objective:To explore the main contents and research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility in China.Methods:All literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of infertility collected since the establishment of CNKI,WEIPU and WanFang database were used as the data source.CiteSpace software was used for co-occurrence analysis of literature authors and research institutions,clustering analysis of keywords and detection of emergence words were conducted,and relevant visual atlas was drawn.Results:A total of 9275 related literatures were included,and the number of literatures increased rapidly after 1983.The wire density between the authors was 0.0019,forming several research teams.The connectivity density among research institutions was 0.0037,and the cooperation was mainly between universities of Chinese Medicine and affiliated hospitals.Eighteen clusters were obtained,including infertility,combined treatment of Traditional Chinese and western medicine,TCM therapy,nourishing essence and seed jade soup,polycystic ovary syndrome,pregnancy outcome,etc.17 prominent words were obtained,which could be summarized as etiology of infertility(luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,kidney deficiency,premature ovarian failure,immune infertility,endometrial thickness,lump,etc.),diagnosis,treatment and efficacy(traditional Chinese medicine enema,traditional Chinese medicine therapy,pregnancy outcome,warm acupuncture,etc.).Conclusion:The research on the treatment of infertility by Traditional Chinese medicine has been over 60 years,and has developed rapidly in recent years.The research focuses on the treatment of infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.The recent research focuses on the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of infertility,but there are some problems:the research force is scattered,the cooperation between different institutions and regions is insufficient,and the advantages have not been integrated.
