摘要
目的探究疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕不育症临床效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年9月进行治疗的PCOS患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组口服来曲唑片,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏肝补肾汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、性激素水平、症状改善情况及妊娠成功率。结果观察组治疗总有效率、E2及P水平、妊娠成功率均较高,LH水平、中医证候积分均低于对照组,且卵泡恢复时间、卵巢恢复时间及月经周期恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗PCOS不孕不育症获得较好的临床效果,性激素水平得到改善,利于提高妊娠成功率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 90 patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to September2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with letrezole tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Bushen decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone level and pregnancy success rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate,E2 and P levels,pregnancy success rate were higher,LH level was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen decoction combined with letrozole has good clinical effect in the treatment of PCOS infertile sterility,and the level of sex hormone is improved,which is beneficial to improve the success rate of pregnancy and is worth popularizing and applying.
