摘要
目的:评价目前针灸治疗2型糖尿病随机对照试验的文献报告质量。方法:计算机检索CENTRAL、Medline、Embase、中国知网和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及两个临床试验注册平台,检索针灸治疗2型糖尿病的随机对照试验,检索日期2018年6月4日,采用临床试验报告统一标准(CONSORT)和针刺临床试验干预措施报告标准(STRICTA)声明作为评价工具。结果:最终纳入25篇文献。从CONSORT和STRICTA的条目来看,纳入文献报告质量低下,中文文献和英文文献的质量还有较大的差距,具体表现在文题、盲法的报告、受试者流程、试验的局限性、试验注册、针刺细节、治疗师背景等。结论:针灸临床试验报告质量低下反映了针灸临床研究的透明性及计划性较差,也反映了方法学质量的低下,这严重影响了针灸的临床疗效评价。科研报告的完整性和透明性,是影响研究被转化和利用的重要因素。报告质量的提高也有赖于学术期刊的参与。
Objective:To evaluate the reporting quality of randomized controlled trials on acupuncture for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:We searched databases including CENTRAL,Medline,EMBASE,CNKI and CBM and the 2 clinical trial registration platform on June 4,2018 for randomized controlled trials on acupuncture for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results:Finally,25 RCTs were included.According to the CONSORT and STRICTA statement,the included RCTs are of low reporting qualities,especially the Chinese literature,including article title,blind method report,subject process,limitations of the trial,registration of clinical trials,the detail of acupuncture,the background of acupuncture practitioners,etc..The reporting quality of English literature is better than that of Chinese.Conclusion:The low reporting quality of acupuncture clinical trials reflects the poor transparency and planning of randomized controlled trials on acupuncture,which have severely impaired the clinical evaluation of acupuncture.The integrity and transparency of scientific research report are the important factors affecting the transformation and utilization of research.The improvement of the reporting quality also depends on the participation of academic journals.
