摘要
目的观察针灸加耳压治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将156例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组。对照组78例予常规降糖药物治疗;治疗组78例在对照组治疗基础上加用针灸加耳压治疗。2组均治疗3个月后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(Homa-β),以及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)变化。结果治疗组总有效率97.44%,对照组总有效率85.90%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后FPG、FINS、Homa-IR均降低,ISI、Homa-β均升高,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后FPG、FINS、Homa-IR降低,ISI、Homa-β升高均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸加耳压治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病疗效确切,并可改善患者糖尿病和血脂等临床指标。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with qi and yin deficiency type.Methods 156 patients with T2DM of qi and yin deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups.78 cases in the control group were treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs,and 78 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with auricular point press on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect was observed after treatment 3 months in two groups.The changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin sensitivity index(ISI)and insulin resistance index(Homa-IR),islet beta cell function index(Homa-β),and the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group(97.44%)and the control group(85.90%,P<0.05),and the curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group.After treatment,the FPG,FINS and Homa-IR all decreased in two groups,and ISI and Homa-βincreased,compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of FPG,FINS and Homa-IR,and the rise of ISI and Homa-βafter treatment in the treatment group were superior to that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were improved in two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular point press is effective in treating T2DM with qi and yin deficiency type,and it can improve the clinical indicators such as diabetes and blood lipids.
