摘要
表观遗传机制既是基因组稳定性的保证,又是中医疾病证候多样化之根源,也是肿瘤中医辨证论治之微观立足点;而肿瘤微环境是中医肿瘤辨证论治之物质基础,两者均与肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸密切相关。肿瘤的发生取决于表观遗传定义的肿瘤微环境免疫,表观遗传驱动的肿瘤免疫位于肿瘤形成早期,而且肿瘤微环境中可逆的表观遗传状态支持肿瘤细胞可塑性,因此肿瘤微环境及其表观遗传机制在肿瘤发生机制中发挥了决定性作用。表观遗传机制是联系中医证本质和肿瘤微环境之间的纽带;将表观遗传学引入中医证本质的研究,有望成为中医现代化进程中一个较有前途的关键切入点。
Epigenetics is not only the guarantee of genomic stability,but also the origin of diversification of TCM syndromes in desease,and also the microcosmic standpoint of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in tumors;moreover,tumor microenvironment is the material basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,both of which are closely related to the immune escape and the genomic instability of tumor cells.Tumor development depends on epigenetic definition of tumor microenvironmental immunity,epigenetic-driven tumor immunity occurs in the early stages of tumor formation,and reversible epigenetic status in tumor microenvironment supports tumor cell plasticity,accordingly,tumor microenvironment and its epigenetic mechanism play a decisive role in the pathogenesis of cancer.Epigenetics is a link between tumor microenvironment and the essence of its TCM syndrome.The introduction of epigenetics into the reseach on the essence of TCM syndrome,which is expected to be a more promising pivotal breakthrough point in the modernization of TCM.
