摘要
伴随着我国经济的迅速发展以及社会的城镇化进程加快,很多城市的决策者对规划环境影响评价在城市规划中所发挥的作用非常的重视。只有熟悉规划环境影响评价的概念和在城市建设中的应用,相关的人员才能正确地把握新的发展方向,从而推动我国的建设快速发展。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization in society,policy makers in many cities attach great importance to the role played by planning environmental impact assessment in urban planning.Only by being familiar with the concept of planning environmental impact assessment and its application in urban construction,relevant personnel can correctly grasp the new development direction,thereby promoting the rapid development of construction in China.
