摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国城市规模也在不断的扩大。建筑工程用地的增加给环境带来的负面影响也越来越严重,在一定程度上制约了我国经济的持续发展。基于此,开展城市土地利用规划环境影响评价研究、建立科学的指标体系与评价方法就显得尤为重要。论文就我国土地利用规划现状、土地利用规划环境影响评价的主要环节以及评价中的减缓措施做了简单分析,希望对我国的环境保护方面有所启示和帮助。
With the rapid development of China's economy, the scale of our cities is also expanding. The increase of land use for construction projects brings more and more serious negative impact on the environment, which restricts the sustainable development of China's economy to some extent. Based on this, it is particularly important to carry out research on environmental impact assessment of urban land use planning and establish scientific index system and evaluation method. This paper makes a simple analysis of the present situation of land use planning in China, the main links of environmental impact assessment of land use planning and the mitigation measures in the assessment, hoping to provide some enlightenment and help to China's environmental protection.
