摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间,不具备新冠肺炎救治能力却仍在开展诊疗服务的非定点医院占绝大多数,探讨此类非定点医院的防控对策具有重大意义。广东省惠州市惠阳区某非定点医院通过联合精细化防控与全方位防控,制订、完善各项制度流程,使责任落实到人,将防控对策从纵向角度加强预检分诊、转诊转运及终末消毒工作,从横向角度强调普通门诊患者、急诊孕产妇及救护车接诊的孕产妇三类人员的处置,运用责任分明的防控对策覆盖全院的服务人群,实现精细化、全方位防控。结果在常规开展诊疗服务的同时有效地防止了疫情散播,切实地履行了非定点医院应该承担的防控责任,给同级别非定点医院提供了一定的参考。
During the outbreak of COVID-19,the majority of non-designated hospitals provided diagnosis and treatment services.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the prevention and control measures employed by these non-designated hospitals.A non-designated hospital in Huiyang District,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province,adopted intensive and extensive prevention and control measures,developing various policies and procedures,and placing individual responsibility.From vertical perspective,it strengthened pre-screening and triage,referral and transfer,and terminal disinfection.From horizontal perspective,it focused on the treatment of ordinary outpatients,emergency pregnant women and pregnant women picked up by ambulances.Clear-cut measures were used to cover the whole hospital to achieve all-round intensive and extensive prevention and control.As a result,regular diagnosis and treatment were performed normally,while the virus was effectively prevented from spreading.Above measures effectively fulfilled the prevention and control responsibilities that non-designated hospitals should assume,which had some reference value for other non-designated hospitals at the same level.
