摘要
农业科研单位职工食堂对农业科研事业发展起着重要的保障作用。随着市场经济的发展和职工需求的提高,食堂运行管理的模式在不断变化和创新。文章阐述了"半包服务"模式的概念,分析了"半包服务"模式的优势,提出了采购时注意相对提高团餐企业的资质、细化劳务合同中各项指标等优化"半包服务"模式的建议。
The canteens of agricultural scientific research institutions play an important role in securing the development of agricuhural research. With the growing of market economy and lifting of staff demand level, the running models of canteens are changing and updating. The connotation of "half contracting service" model was elaborated in the paper. The advantages of "half contracting service" model were analyzed. Suggestions for improving "half contracting service" model were put forward, such as paying attention to the quality of mass canteen industry in purchase, setting up fine indexes in labor contract.
