摘要
采用紫外光引发接枝聚合的手段,以氧杂蒽酮为光引发剂,在硫化后的丁苯橡胶表面接枝乙烯基硅烷。扫描电镜观察显示,接枝后的试样表面出现了颗粒状微细物;全反射傅里叶红外光谱分析发现,在1720 cm^-1和1080 cm^-1处都出现了新的吸收峰,表明乙烯基硅烷已成功接枝到硫化丁苯橡胶表面。反应条件研究结果表明,光照时间4 h条件下的相对接枝率最高,随接枝单体浓度增大产物接枝率出现峰值。热失重分析结果显示,接枝后试样的起始分解温度提高了53℃,最大失重速率温度提高了3.7℃,残炭质量分数增加1.4%,丁苯橡胶的热稳定性得到改善。
Vinyl silane was grafted on surface of vulcanized styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)by UV light initiated grafting polymerization with oxaxanthone as photo-initiator.Scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface of grafted sample appeared fine particles,total reflection Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that there were new absorption peaks at 1720 cm^-1 and 1080 cm^-1,indicating that vinyl silane had been successfully grafted to the surface of vulcanized SBR.The results of reaction conditions effect showed that the relative grafting yield of the product was the highest under irradiation time of 4 h,and the peak value appeared with increase of the monomer concentration.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that initial decomposition temperature of grafted SBR increased by 53℃,the temperature of maximum mass loss rate increased by 3.7℃,and the mass fraction of carbon residue increased by 1.4%,indicating thermal stability of grafted SBR improved.
