摘要
为判断矿井煤自燃的发展状况,对塔拉壕煤矿2号煤层的原煤煤样开展了试验分析。在梳理了国内外预报煤的自燃状况所用的方法后,通过自燃性程序升温试验,得到了塔拉壕煤矿包括Graham指数,CO/CO2指数和可检测到的C2H4等自燃指标气体数据,并研究了各指数的判定指标与温度的对应关系。结果表明,塔拉壕煤矿煤样在70℃以上的温度下才出现少量的C2H4气体,如井下检测到C2H2,说明温度已经超过到200℃以上;CO2/CO值低于20应注意,可能有温度升高到临界温度以上;煤样氧化产生的CO浓度比较大,反映出Graham指数远大于许多煤矿的判断标准,应在生产中注意。
In order to judge the development characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion in the coal mine,the test and analysis of the raw coal sample of No.2 coal seam in Talahao coal mine are carried out.By summarizing the methods used in the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion at home and abroad,and adopting the temperature programmed test,the spontaneous combustion index gas data such as Graham index,CO/CO2 ratio and C2H4 in Tarahao coal mine are obtained,and the relationship between the judgment index and the temperature is studied.The results show that a small amount of C2H4 gas only appears at the temperature above 70℃,when C2H2 is detected underground,it indicates that the temperature has exceeded 200℃;when the CO2/CO value is lower than 20,it should be noted that the temperature may rise above the critical temperature;the concentration of CO produced by coal sample oxidation is relatively large,reflecting that Graham index is far greater than the judgment standard of many coal mines,so it should be noted in production.
