摘要
研究生是科技创新的生力军和后备力量,研究生的创新能力培养是目前研究生教育中的关键问题。根据科技创新的基本规律,提出研究生科技创新所需的个人基本素质和基本条件,指出研究生创新能力培养的重点问题。强调了导师在研究生创新能力训练中的重要作用和若干关键环节。
Graduate students are the new force and reserve force of scientific and technological innovation.The cultivation of graduate students’innovation ability is the key problem in graduate education at present.According to the basic laws of scientific and technological innovation,this paper puts forward the basic personal qualities and conditions required by the scientific and technological innovation of postgraduates,and points out the key problems in the cultivation of the innovative ability of postgraduates.It emphasizes the important role and some key links of mentors in the training of graduate students’innovation ability.
