中国政治过程中宣讲机制的运行与功能研究 被引量:5

摘要 宣讲是具有中国特色的组织沟通技术。在政权组织内部的沟通中,宣讲旨在使党员和各级干部领会中央精神,增强其思想和行动自觉,使各地方更好贯彻中央决策部署。在政权组织与社会力量的沟通中,宣讲旨在通过理论掌握群众,凝聚社会共识,使社会力量成为治国理政的积极性力量。宣讲机制在增强话语权、营造仪式感和塑造认同感三个方面发挥了书面传播无法替代的作用。在周期性、巡回式和多层次的宣讲活动中,宣讲机制增强了国家话语权,确保宣讲受众能够真实准确地理解上级精神。宣讲机制营造了特定的仪式氛围,提升了传播效果。宣讲机制阐释党的纲领和路线与受众利益的契合性,对以往成就和未来前景的宣讲进一步增强了受众的政治认同、思想认同。在政治信息的传播和内化等方面,宣讲机制的表现力、感染力具有书面传播不可比拟的优势。 Preachment is an organizational communication technique with Chinese characteristics.In the communication within the regime,the purpose of preachment is to enable party members and officials to understand the decisions of the central government,enhance their consciousness of thought and action,and enable local governments to better implement the policies of central government.In the communication between regime and social forces,the purpose of preaching is to grasp the masses through theory,embody social consensus,and make social forces the positive groups of governance.The preachment mechanism plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing the discourse power,creating the sense of ceremony and shaping the sense of identity compared with written communication.Preachment mechanism enhances the national discourse power and ensures that the audience can truly and accurately understand the policies of the superiors.Preachment mechanism creates a specific ritual atmosphere and enhances the communication effect.The preaching mechanism explains the conformity of the party’s program and line with the interests of the audience,and the preaching of past achievements and future prospects enhances the political and ideological identity of the audience.In terms of the dissemination and internalization of political information,the expressiveness and appeal of the preaching mechanism have incomparable advantages over written communication.
