摘要
外语专业布局直接影响到经济的发展,高校只有准确把握市场对外语人才的需求,优化配置教育资源,及时调整培养目标和培养模式,才能最大化对接市场需求,服务区域经济发展。本研究通过文献调查法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法收集信息,挖掘辽宁自贸区建设对外语人才的需求情况,探析外语人才教育现状的不足和未来改革的方向,以期为高校外语专业现有教育体系的改革及培养更多德才兼备的社会亟需人才提供一点助益。
The layout of foreign language majors has a direct impact on economic development. Only when colleges and universities accurately grasp the market demand for foreign language talents, optimize the allocation of educational resources, and timely adjust the training objectives and training models, can they maximize the market demand and serve the regional economic development. This research collects information by means of literature survey, interview survey and questionnaire survey, explores the demand for foreign language talents in the construction of Liaoning Free Trade Zone, analyzes the current situation of foreign language talents education and the direction of future reform, in order to provide a little help for the reform of the existing education system of foreign language majors in Colleges and universities and the cultivation of more talents in need in the society.
