国际化复语型人才的内涵与培养模式探索 被引量:59

A Probe into the Connotation and Cultivation of International Multi-lingual Talents

摘要 本论文在回顾国际化复语型人才相关研究的基础上,指出国际化背景下的外语人才可以分为学术型、专业型、职业型等。国际化复语型人才为专业型外语人才,其内涵可从国际化和复语型两个层面阐释。针对这一人才培养目标,作者提出"3M+3C+3I"立体化人才培养模式。其中3M即"内容跨学科、课程模块化、信息多维度",3C即培养过程注重"建构、合作、交流",3I即教学管理和评估"互动、公正、国际化"。该模式适应全球化背景对创新型外语人才的需求,具有跨学科性、国际化、实践性。但对生源、教学资源、教学环境等要求较高。在具体实施过程中需要协调管理,切实监控人才培养质量。 On the basis of reviewing relevant study,this paper points out that foreign language talents in the context of internationalization can be categorized into three types,i.e.academic,professional and career-oriented.International multi-lingual talents are professional talents and this concept can be analyzed from the perspectives of internationalization and multilingualism.In order to cultivate such talents,the authors propose a three dimensional model,namely,"3M+3C+3I".3M refers to the interdisciplinary content,modulized curricula,and multidimensional information.3C refers to the importance of construction,cooperation and communication in the process of cultivation.3I means that teaching and learning factors concerned are interactive;the evaluation process is impartial;international administration measures can be adopted.This model meets the requirements for creative foreign language talents under the circumstances of globalization.It is interdisciplinary,international and applicable.However,it sets high requirements on students' level,teaching resources and teaching environment.In applying this model,therefore,cooperation is of necessity so as to monitor the quality of cultivation.
