摘要
研究医院文化建设对于绩效管理的影响有利于使医院文化与医院绩效相互融合,对发现医院发展中的问题以及实现医院自身改革具有重要意义。本文首先分析医院文化建设的含义以及贡献,医院文化建设既包含医院基础设施文化和制度文化又包含职工的行为举止文化和精神层面文化,医院文化建设不仅有利于提升医院凝聚力和规范医院职工的行为而且有利于打造医院品牌。其次阐述医院绩效管理的现状,并从中发现问题。最后分析医院文化建设对于绩效管理的影响,并从医院文化培训工作、绩效管理制度和薪酬制度等多个方面阐述医院文化建设基础上的绩效管理措施。
The study of the influence of hospital culture construction on performance management is conducive to the integration of hospital culture and hospital performance, which is of great significance to the discovery of problems in hospital development and the realization of hospital reform. First of all, this paper analyzes the meaning and contribution of hospital culture construction, which includes not only hospital infrastructure culture and institutional culture, but also staff behavior culture and spiritual level culture. Hospital culture construction is not only conducive to improving hospital cohesion and standardizing the behavior of hospital staff, but also conducive to building hospital brand. Secondly, the current situation of hospital performance management is described and problems are found. Finally, the paper analyzes the influence of hospital culture construction on performance management, and expounds the performance management measures based on hospital culture construction from the aspects of hospital culture training, performance management system and salary system.
