摘要
利用傅-克烷基化反应将丁腈橡胶与苯酚连接,再与甲醛进行聚合制得丁腈橡胶改性的酚醛树脂,并对工艺进行优化。最优化工艺为:甲醛和苯酚的摩尔比(F/P)=0.75,傅-克烷基化反应温度为130℃,反应时间为4 h,以氢氟酸为催化剂,催化剂用量为1.0%,所得改性酚醛树脂聚速为66 s,软化点为103.8℃。
The phenolic resin modified by nitrile rubber was prepared by connecting nitrile rubber with phenol by F-C alkylation reaction and then polymerization with formaldehyde,and the process was optimized.The optimum conditions of the process were as follows:the molar ratio(F/P)of formaldehyde and phenol=0.75,the reaction temperature of F-C alkylation was 130℃,the reaction time was 4 h,the hydrofluoric acid was used as the catalyst,,the amount of catalyst was 1.0%,and the polymerization rate of the modified phenolic resin was 66 s,and the softening point was 103.8℃.
