粉末丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂的合成及其模塑材料力学性能 被引量:4

摘要 采用原位聚合方式合成了粉末丁腈橡胶改性的酚醛树脂.利用TEM、FTIR、GPC等测试手段研究了粉末丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂中的结构与性能,表明粉末丁腈橡胶以纳米级尺寸分散于树脂中,并已化学接枝于酚醛树脂分子链上,发现粉末丁腈橡胶的加入使酚醛树脂的分子量增大,分子量分布系数变宽.进一步对以粉末丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂为基质、木粉为填料制得的模塑材料性能研究,结果发现,当加入的粉末丁腈橡胶含量为3%时,改性酚醛树脂模塑材料的缺口冲击强度提高了31.8%. The modified phenolic resin is synthesized by in-situ polymerization from powdered nitrile rubber.A study of the structure and properties of the powdered nitrile rubber modified phenolic resin,by using TEM,FTIR,GPC and other means,indicates that the nano-sized powdered nitrile rubber has dispersed in the resin and has chemical grafting on the molecular chain of the phenolic resin.It is found that the addition of powdered nitrile rubber phenolic resins increases the molecular weight and broadens the molecular weight distribution factor of the phenolic resin.A further study of the properties of the molding material with the nitrile rubber modified phenolic resin as substrate and wood powder as filler,shows that when the added powdered nitrile rubber reaches 3% content,the notched impact strength of the modified phenolic resin molding materials increases by 31.8%
