摘要
通过粉末丁腈橡胶与酚醛树脂密炼共混改性,研究了粉末丁腈橡胶占酚醛树脂10%、15%、20%、25%时磨具的力学性能和结构,并对比了密炼共混改性酚醛树脂、纯酚醛树脂和干粉共混改性酚醛树脂的差异。研究发现,丁腈橡胶与酚醛树脂在密炼共混改性后的相容性大大提高,组织均匀程度也大大提高;磨具的抗折强度、冲击韧性随着丁腈橡胶的加入呈上升趋势,硬度随丁腈橡胶的加入呈下降趋势;当丁腈橡胶的加入量为20%时,磨具的综合力学性能达到最优,比纯酚醛树脂提高100%左右。
Through banburying blending of n-butyronitrile and phenolic resin,modified phenolic resin for diamond tools was obtained.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis was made on such modified phenolic resin,pure phenolic resin and powder blended n-butyronitrile phenolic resin.The results show that,banburying blending process increase the compatibility between the n-butyronitrile and the phenolic resin greatly.Studies are also made on the mechanical properties of abrasive tools made with modified phenolic resin containing different addition amount(10%,15%,20%,25% respectively) of n-butyronitrile.The results indicate that,the bending strength and impact toughness of the abrasive tools increase along with the additoin amount of n-butyronitrile increasing,while the hardness of the abrasive tools show a contrary trend.When the addition amount of n-butyronitrile attains 20%,the best tool mechanical properties are obtained,namely bending strenth 51.786 MPa,and impact strengh 4.74 kJ/m2,which are remarkably increased compared with the tools made with pure phenolic resin.
