摘要
以腰果油改性酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶粉为主要原料,通过对配方研究和筛选,制得了磨耗低,抗冲击强度高,硬度和摩擦系数适中,高温下抗热衰退明显的高性能载重汽车制动器内衬材料。电子显微镜分析表明,腰果油改性酚醛树脂和丁腈橡胶粉可改善刹车片中无机纤维、颗粒的界面结合状况,导致试样的热分解、热衰退和热龟裂现象减少,有效地提高试样的耐磨性能和机械性能。同时该生产工艺可省去投资大、能耗高的密炼生产工序,投资少,可降低成本。
A new material was developed after studying and filtering cashew nut oil modified PF resins and the powder of nitrile-butadiene rubber, which can be used for manufacturing high-powered camion brake block lining. This material was good because of its low abrasion and high anti-shock strength. It moderated degree of hardness and friction coefficient and it was heat resisted. The analysis by using electronic microscope showed that cashew nut oil and the powder of nitrile-butadiene rubber could improve the affinity of organic and inorganic materials and dispersion particles in the material of camion brake band lining. Therefore, the sample had a slight heat decomposition, heat fading, and heat cracking. The frictional capacity and mechanical character of this material had been improved. Besides, it excluded the closed-refining system in the manufacturing process, which needs high investment and high-energy wastage, to reduce the investment and cost.
