摘要
构建高校毕业生就业质量指标评价体系.采用层次分析法,从高校就业率指标、学生就业水平指标、个人岗位胜任能力、满意度四方面提出具体细化指标,构建毕业生就业质量评价指标体系.实证结果表明,本文构建的高校毕业生就业质量指标评价体系科学有效.
Construct an evaluation system of employment quality indicators for college graduates.Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted to analyze the University Employment Rate Indicator,Students Employment Level indicators,individual competency and satisfaction,which are aimed to propose specific detailed indicators to construct graduate employment quality evaluation indicators system.The results show that the evaluation system for employment quality index of college graduates constructed in this paper is scientific and effective.
