摘要
采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法对校园火灾危险性进行分析,将校园按场所功能不同划分为宿舍区、教学办公区、实验区、公共活动区(体育场,食堂,礼堂)、图书馆,然后以人口密度、财产密度、易燃易爆物、火源情况、人员素质、疏散和救援为火灾危险性评价因子,建立了校园火灾危险性分析的递阶层次结构模型,再根据Delphi专家调查法,建立各层次的判断矩阵,通过计算得出各分区的总权重值并进行排序,即各分区火灾危险性,从而有重点地进行校园火灾预防和安全管理工作。
Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to analyzing the degree of campus fire hazard, in combination with qualitative and quantitative analyses. Based on its principium, the campus is divided into five distinct parts according to different functions: dormitory area, teaching office district, experimental plot, public active area (stadium, dining-room, hall) and library then the population density, property density, flammable explosive substance, fire hazard situation, personnel quality, evacuation and rescue are considered as the fire hazard evaluation factors to establish the campus fire hazard analysis hiberarchy model. Afterwards the comparison matrixes of all hiberarchies are founded based on the Delphi method, and finally the total weights of all areas are worked out and arrayed in order, on behalf of the fire hazard. As the result, the campus fire prevention and the safety management work are carried out in a more significant way.
